For over 40 years the Friele family would dine in front of their large picture windows overlooking Ulloa Channel.  Fast forward six decades - the completely remodeled waterview dining room seats 92 guests in table settings for 4 – 8 and large groups.

Breakfast 5 am – 7 am:  Ahhhh, the early morning smell of fresh coffee in the outdoors;  includes a choice of hot beverages, juices, hot & cold cereals, yogurt, fruits, baked goods, breakfast meats, potatoes, pancakes and made to order eggs.  Come early and have the omelet bar chef prepare something special for you.

Lunch is packaged and delivered to your boat.  Select from a daily lunch menu, mix and match meats, cheese and bread and of course throw in a few peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to make you feel like a kid again.  Special seasoned wraps including chicken Caesar or vegetarian.  Every second day, along with your sandwich selections, the guest favorite fried chicken is included.  The chef also includes a daily “soup of the day” to keep things warm.  Your guide keeps a variety of soft drinks, bottled water and coffee. 

Dinner 6 pm – 8 pm:  After a long day on the water fighting a salmon or lifting that halibut you can’t wait for dinner.

A different hearty buffet dinner menu including a prime cut of meat and fresh Alaskan seafood are prepared nightly. 

Start the evening with the seafood sampler bar where you might find; locally trapped Dungeness crab and spotted Alaskan shrimp, clams, locally grown “Coffman Cove” oysters, and salmon sashimi. 

Build your second course from a fruit and salad bar with all the trimmings, two homemade soups including the chef’s hearty clam chowder. 

The chef chooses recipes for the Resort's smoker or grill to create tasteful meat dishes.  Seafood entries be it salmon, halibut or cod are refreshing light with the right balance of seasoning. 

Your nightly offering is rounded out with fresh desserts and the crowd favorite, vanilla or chocolate soft service ice cream… or just swirl both flavors.

Wine with dinner:  To accompany dinner selections, guests enjoy complimentary red and white California wines from the Crook Vine Vineyards of Livermore Valley produced by long-time Waterfall guests Rick and Eric Corbett.  This 2011 summer, Waterfall Resort features their regional award-winning 2009 Cabernet and 2010 Viognier.

After dinner, top off your wine glass and step out on to a large deck to enjoy the fresh air and the camaraderie of friends and family.
