Sun Mountain Lodge fine dining - Offers Northwest regional ingredients, with a focus on the freshest product at hand, distinguish the Sun Mountain Lodge dining experience worthy of its many awards.  Executive Chef J. Russell Bradshaw has developed a menu to include naturally grown herbs and produce from the Methow Valley.  This is a small representation of local producers and indigenous product available to the Lodge and its dining guests.  Sun Mountain Lodge is equally proud of its wine lis and 5,000 bottle cellar which features many award winning Northwest wines, some of which can only be found at the Resort.

  • Foie Gras Stuffed Draper Farms Chicken - Wild rice pilaf / natural jus / vegetable garni
  • Double R Ranch of Loomis Filet of Beef - roasted chili huitlacoche butter / roasted fingerling potatoes/ winter vegetable medley
  • Sauteed Sea Scallops - Orange candied winter squash / winter vegetables
