The Heathman Lodge is a charming, unique, mountain-like retreat resembling a huge log cabin with the look and feel of a ski lodge. Wood paneling, slate floor, and large stone fireplaces greet visitors in the huge lobby. Totem poles, statuary, and a large collection of specially commissioned Northwest art and craftsmanship can be found throughout the property.

Located in Vancouver Washington, the location is a perfect jumping off point for an incredible array of hiking trails, forested paths and waterfalls. The dramatic drop from Mt. Hood’s forest plateau to the Columbia River is a beautiful hike through temperate rainforests and spectacular cascading rivers.
