One of New England's most natural attractions is its breathtaking foliage. The Mt. Washington Valley will leave you in awe with its grand beauty of colorful trees. Mother nature usually graces us from the end of September through mid-October with varying shades of green, flaming oranges, fiery reds and vibrant yellows.

It's the perfect time for a scenic drive down one of New Hampshire's most scenic by-ways, the Kancamagus Highway. Drive along a winding road along the Swift River through majestic mountains. It's a beautiful scenic drive. The weather is just right for you to tour the Valley's covered bridges, take a hike, visit craft fairs or country shops. Summer Attractions -
The Mount Washington Valley is a summer playground for all kinds of outdoor activities. Whether you'd like to tour New Hampshire's covered bridges, enjoy horseback riding along the Saco River, or view Mt. Washington Valley from the air- in a hot air balloon or on a scenic plane ride- staying with us will put you right in the middle of it all!

Rock Climbing : 
There are a wide variety of trips that are possible during the winter in the White Mountains of NH that use a variety of climbing and mountaineering skills. The White Mountains have steep technical ice and mixed climbing, basic crampon and ice axe use on open above tree line slopes, multi-day mountaineering hikes, backcountry skiing and moderate snowshoe hikes. The White Mountains have been the training ground for many world class mountaineers as well as a destination climbing area with some of the best ice climbing in the contiguous US and of course Mount Washington's unique combination of accessibility and severe winter weather.
